Returns & Refunds
We do not offer general returns or refunds on any products purchased from our website or physical stores, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- The product was received damaged
- The product delivered was different from what was ordered
In these cases, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the product.
We will either replace the product or issue a refund after verification.
Exchange Policy (Store Exchanges Only)
We offer product exchanges under the following conditions:
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
- Exchanges can only be processed in-store at any Robins Baby Products branch.
- Products must be in original condition, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- All exchanges are subject to inspection by our store team.
- Items that show signs of use, damage, or tampering cannot be exchanged.
How to Exchange a Product
To request an exchange, please:
- Visit any Robins Baby Products branch within 7 days.
- Bring the product along with the original receipt or invoice.
- Our staff will inspect the product to confirm eligibility.
- Once approved, you may choose another item of equal value.
Important Notes
- Exchanges depend on the availability of replacement items.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as feeding accessories, pacifiers, personal care products, and health-related items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
- This policy ensures safe, clean, and high-quality products for all customers.
- Online orders requiring a damage or incorrect item claim must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
