1. Shipping Areas

We currently provide delivery to the following regions:

Within Jordan:
All major cities and governorates.

Additional countries may be added in the future.


2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing time does not include delivery time.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

Inside Amman:
Estimated 1–3 business days

Other Jordanian Governorates:
Estimated 2–5 business days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Order weight and size
  • Courier company fees

Final shipping charges will appear at checkout before payment.

International shipments may incur customs, duties, or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you may receive a tracking number or notification depending on the courier used.
Tracking availability may vary based on region and courier service.


6. Delivery Conditions

  • The customer is responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.
  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses may result in additional fees.
  • Once the order is handed over to the courier, the risk of loss passes to the customer.
  • If a delivery attempt fails (e.g., customer unavailable), re-delivery fees may apply.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery.

To process a claim, please contact us with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for review.


8. Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Courier service issues
  • Customs processing
  • Public holidays
  • Unexpected events or circumstances outside our control

However, we will support you in coordinating with the courier if needed.
