By using our Services, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and have the authority to allow minor dependents to use the Services.

We strive to display product images, descriptions, and features as accurately as possible. However, variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or packaging updates.
Product availability, descriptions, and pricing are subject to change at any time.

3. Orders & Purchases

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs only after the order is confirmed and payment is successfully received.
Once accepted, cancellations may not be possible.
All purchases are subject to our Refund & Exchange Policy.

Prices for our products may change without notice.
Taxes, duties, shipping fees, and other applicable charges are displayed at checkout unless stated otherwise.

We currently deliver to:

  • All major cities and governorates within Jordan

Additional international destinations may be offered in the future.

5.2 Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on public holidays or Fridays are processed on the next business day.
Processing time does not include delivery time.

5.3 Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Amman: 1–3 business days
  • Other governorates: 2–5 business days

All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

5.4 Shipping Fees

Shipping fees depend on the delivery location, parcel size, and courier rates.
The final cost will be displayed at checkout.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees.

5.5 Order Tracking

If the courier provides tracking details, we will share them with you once your order ships.
Tracking availability depends on the courier and destination.

5.6 Delivery Conditions

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery information.
  • Failed delivery attempts may result in extra charges.
  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is handed to the courier.

5.7 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please provide the order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund & Exchange Policy.

5.8 Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delivery delays resulting from:

  • Weather
  • Courier issues
  • Customs delays
  • Public holidays
  • Events outside our control

We will assist you in coordinating with the courier when possible.
